30-day money-back guarantee

If Bale is not for you, ask for your money back within 30 days. Reply to your order email, or write to support@balebody.com with your order number.

Free scent swap within 14 days

If you picked the wrong scent, ask within 14 days of delivery and we will swap it for a different Bale scent, free. Reply to your order email, or write to support@balebody.com, and tell us which scent you would like instead.

How refunds are issued

Once your refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method you used at checkout.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, reply to your order email or write to support@balebody.com and we will replace it.
