Bale ships from the US to US addresses only. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and every order ships with tracking.

Where we ship

We ship to US addresses only.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or on these store holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Orders placed on those days are processed from the next business day.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on US orders over $65. For smaller orders, the shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You can follow your parcel on our Track your order page.

How your order arrives

Every order is wrapped in a hand-cut piece of a real coffee sack, so no two orders look the same.

Hot weather

If a jar arrives soft on a hot day, put it in the fridge and it firms back up.
